Voting Question: What happens if you don't pay a red light ticket issued by a private company in Grand Prairie, TX?

I work in Grand Prairie, TX and received a notice from a private company stating that I ran a red light. I didn't think I had so I watched the video online and see that I did turn right on red without coming to a complete stop. They state that I must pay the fine, fill out an affidavit form to say I wasn't driving, or contest the ticket. It is stated that if I don't do any of these things, it could result in civil court action against me. Will they actually pursue me in civil court?
